By booking a session, using our website, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. Services Provided Reiki Transcendental Healing offers energy healing sessions and related wellness services. These services are complementary to medical care and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider. 2. Client Responsibility Clients acknowledge and agree that:- They are responsible for their own health and well-being.- Reiki is a holistic, non-invasive practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.- Any information shared during sessions is for guidance only. 3. Appointments and Cancellations- Appointments can be scheduled online via our website.- Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to double the session rate. 4. Payments - Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.- We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our online platform. 5. Refund Policy- No refunds are offered for completed sessions.- If you are unsatisfied or need to discuss your experience, please contact us directly. 6. Privacy and Confidentiality All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal or health information without your consent unless required by law. 7. Disclaimer- Reiki practitioners are not medical doctors or licensed therapists.- No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.- By participating in sessions, you agree to hold Reiki Transcendental Healing and its practitioners harmless from any outcomes or claims. 8. Intellectual Property All content on our website-including text, graphics, images, and materials-is the property of Reiki Transcendental Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 9.
