At Reiki Transcendental Healing, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality energy healing sessions and wellness services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a session.

1. No Refunds for Completed Sessions
Due to the nature of Reiki and energy healing, we do not offer refunds for sessions that have been completed.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to double the session rate, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

3. Refund Exceptions

• If a session is canceled by Reiki Transcendental Healing for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• If you experience technical issues during a virtual session that prevent the session from proceeding, please contact us promptly for resolution.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us via email at creatrixinnergy@gmail.com with your appointment details and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

5. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Refunds, if issued, will be processed through the original payment method.
