At Reiki Transcendental Healing, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality energy healing sessions and wellness services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a session.
1. No Refunds for Completed Sessions
Due to the nature of Reiki and energy healing, we do not offer refunds for sessions that have been completed.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to double the session rate, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
3. Refund Exceptions

If a session is canceled by Reiki Transcendental Healing for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

If you experience technical issues during a virtual session that prevent the session from proceeding, please contact us promptly for resolution.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us via email at creatrixinnergy@gmail.com with your appointment details and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
5. Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Refunds, if issued, will be processed through the original payment method.
