* Physical items (such as crystals or kits, if offered) are non-returnable once opened but may be replaced if they arrive damaged — please provide a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
* If you need to cancel your order before your ritual materials have been prepared and sent, please reach out immediately — cancellations may be possible within 12 hours of purchase.

Orders that include physical items — such as crystals or ritual kits — are lovingly prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Personalized or custom kits may require extra time; if so, I’ll keep you updated by email.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos so I can make it right. If your package is lost in transit, reach out — I’ll do my best to track it down or replace it if needed.

Digital Downloads
Orders that include only digital ritual instructions do not require shipping. Your digital materials will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase.
